Welcome to the re-launch of Filmplosion.com! How awesome is this site? It’s the words “film” and “explosion” combined! How crazy is that!?
But seriously, this is the second time this site has gone up after the month or so of downtime. This time, no hosting on a server which also hosts illegal file sharing services. Lesson learned, Interpol. When the first Filmplosion died the three of us (there were there then, but I had to kill them to live) decided to just say “screw it” and forget about rebuilding. But something changed my mind, people. MEET THE SPARTANS is the number one movie in America. MEET the fucking SPARTANS! KANGAROO JACK was bad enough, but MEET THE SPARTANS!? Jesus, how have you people not learned yet!
With all the crappy movies being popular, and all the movie sites resorting to simply reporting what’s in the press release or whatever trash was last reported on E! and TMZ, I’m here to tell it like it is. Sure, telling it like it is will occasionally involve me making what it is up, but that’s life. If you can’t handle it, join the peace corps.
Then again, if you’re in the peace corps I doubt you have to hear your neighbor talk about how hilarious MEET THE SPARTANS was…
