Max Payne movie set to begin filming
Over on my other site, GamerNode, good ol’ Billy wrote that Mark Wahlberg and crew are ready to begin filming the Max Payne flick in Toronto. Now, I loved the (first) game as much as any game fanatic, but I admit I’m skeptical of this due to the whole “game to movie” thing.
Then again, after seeing The Departed I don’t think I have any issues with Marky Mark attempting to tackle the role of the titular troubled cop in a noir-styled film.
Chalk that up on the list of things I never thought I’d write in the early 90s.
